Aziz leads the Company's litigation practice and has over 23 years of legal experience. Aziz supports pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, construction, media, commercial, foreign trade, corporate, and employment law sectors.
He has considerable experience in economic and administrative disputes.
He represents clients both in pre-trial dispute resolution and in courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Among his clients are representatives of construction, oil and gas, fuel and energy, banking, insurance, logistics, telecommunications, and other industries.

Akmal has over 11 years of international legal experience. He specializes in international legal and cross-border business issues in logistics, IT equipment supply, software development, and transfer, and legal aspects of personal data transfer and protection.
Before joining ABACUS, he was the Head of the International Legal Department of an international holding company with subsidiaries in more than 26 countries (USA, Europe, China, India, Turkey, Russia, etc.). As part of the ABACUS team, he established the banking, fintech, and tax regulation practice. Leads all project work in the company.
Bekzod has progressive experience in various industries in the areas of business development, finance, legal practice, securities, healthcare/pharmaceuticals strategy advice, and capital/investment research.
Legal services in commercial law, international trade, and copyright law, support of transactions with securities and shares of foreign companies, holding corporate events (general meetings of shareholders, Supervisory Board, board meetings), and preparation of relevant documentation. Participation in complex legal and financial due diligence activities.
Nail has over 15 years of experience in the legal field.
He has experience in corporate, contractual, employment, and other legal matters, as well as in obtaining various types of licenses and permits.
Nail started his legal career in a law firm as an attorney-at-law in commercial matters. Before joining ABACUS, he worked for a long time for companies such as Beeline and Ekopen.
Adlet Kemelbekov is a specialist in civil law, and procurement law and also practices in the field of intellectual property and migration. Adlet holds the following law degrees: Bachelor's (2015), Master's (2017), and Postgraduate studies (2020). Adlet has extensive experience in defending the interests of our clients in economic disputes in the Arbitrazh courts and courts of general jurisdiction of the Russian Federation. Adlet is currently actively sharing his experience and realising his potential in the ABACUS team.
A graduate of the Higher School of Economics with a degree in Legal Support and Business Protection. She started her legal practice in 2015 and has been providing comprehensive legal support to businesses in a law firm since 2016.
Joined the ABACUS team in 2022. She is involved in legal support for logistics, financial, IT, and other companies.
Sardorbek has been a legal counsel at Abacus since June 2022.
Prior to joining ABACUS, he gained experience at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Tashkent Inter-District Economic Court, as well as at an international company specializing in the development of integrated smart cities. Sardorbek specializes in claims work and the judicial protection of the rights and legitimate interests of business entities.
At the same time, Sardorbek is pursuing a degree in Sports Law.
Khusanbek studied civil substantive and procedural law, international commercial law, international arbitration law, and international investment law. He was a member of the first team from Uzbekistan at the FDI Moot international FDI law competition. He is currently applying all his theoretical knowledge in practice.
