Lawyers of our firm represented foreign company - supplier of technological equipment (plaintiff) in case of debt recovery for supplied technological equipment. The result was the repayment of the debt by the buyer voluntarily in the course of pre-trial settlement of the dispute with the direct participation of lawyers in the negotiation process.
