Aksaule’s work centres on dispute resolution, court representation and pre-action settlement. As a member of the ABACUS Dispute Resolution team, she handles pre-action correspondence, prepares procedural documents, represents clients at all levels of the court system and oversees enforcement proceedings.
Her caseload covers civil and administrative matters, the enforcement of judgments and the representation of businesses in commercial disputes. Her key matters include acting for a construction company, representing clients in claims under supply and construction contracts, and helping to resolve corporate disputes.
Aksaule holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Tashkent State University of Law. She speaks Uzbek, Russian and English.
