ABACUS and IT Park Ventures have agreed to develop their cooperation in support of start-ups and the fund’s portfolio companies.
As part of this cooperation, the parties are considering:
- legal advice for start-ups and portfolio companies (covering corporate, contract and employment law, intellectual property, regulation of digital products, compliance, tax and investment), including on special terms;
- consultations, legal health checks and legal risk reviews;
- participation by ABACUS in the fund’s events (forums, accelerator and education programmes, workshops) through talks and training sessions;
- the involvement of ABACUS representatives as mentors, experts and speakers in start-up development programmes.
The cooperation is intended to create a more sustainable and professional environment in which technology projects and entrepreneurs can grow.
