The role of Abacus was to advise and develop a structure for granting a loan of 26.5 billion soums to an affiliated company to replenish working capital under collateral in the form of liability insurance for failure to fulfill obligations under the loan agreement.
The project allowed the Client to replenish the capital of the company.
